Initial Contact: Concept reach out / are introduced and from there we schdule an introductory call to learn more about you and your co-founders, as well as what you want to build.
Second Meeting: Once we've decided to progress further, we tend to want to meet in person and start getting to know you better. From here we may move to WhatsApp for speed, as well as send through some clarifying questions.
Deepdives: As a crucial part of our process, we conduct deepdvies with each of your co-founders. We never discuss whats next, instead focus a lot on you, your upbringing, backgrounds and experiences. From here we decide to then progrress to our Investment Committe, the final stage of our process.
Investment Committee & Offer: Our process culminates in a 90 minute, in-person IC meeting at our offices where we make a final decision on whether or not we will invest. If it's a positive outcome, we will share a term sheet and deliver the good news. Always same day.
Round Building: Once Concept commit to invest, we help build the best round possible alongside us (angels, US Funds, micro-VCs and others).
Post-Investment Support: Once the investing is done, we work extremely hard to introduce relevant partners, employees and customers. We tend to catchup monthly but have ongoing daily interactions over WhatsApp.
